There have been many times throughout his carreer when people tried to overcomplicate the experiences that they were dealing with. By stopping the complicated thought process and stepping back, there is often a much easier way to achieve the goal that you are attempting to achieve.

Dave says, “Be Remarkable!”

Everything that Dave is involved with goes through a “Remarkability Filter”. If whatever he is focused on - from the way a system is programmed to a marketing campaign - isn’t going to generate conversation because it’s unique and great, he will recreate it until it is.
