In this podcast Rory, Steve, and Dave discuss thoughts and strategies on working with your sellers on realistic pricing expections and financial considerations in the current market.

Rory says: “Subprime is gone and we’re back to more ‘old school’ basic mortgages like FHA and conventional…we’re back to more normalcy with mortgages.”

Dave says: “The property is the interviewee…it’s being interviewed every time people walk through it.

Steve is a bit under the weather this week and his sore throat kept him from being able to talk much, but listen for the deep, Barry White-esque quality to his voice.
