We have finally had the opportunity to edit our first of many video podcasts. This particular one you have already read about if you keep up with our blog. It was recorded while we were in Wenatchee, WA meeting with Blaine and Erin Davidson. It’s our first one, so please accept our apologies for the lack of video quality.
In this podcast we learn now Blaine and Erin Davidson have amast over 40 real estate transactions from nothing more than a lot of on line lead generation and a great business model. Those who learn, implement and do what they have to say here will be champions.
Earning over $40,000 in Gross Commissions every month sure sounds like a great idea for most agents. Now go get “schooled”!!! Have fun.
We wanted to take moment to thank Michael Schwartz from the Lancaster Newspapers who wrote an article that appeared in this past Sundays Newspaper about our Podcasts and Coaching. Click here to view it.
And also Eric Veronikis from the Central Penn Business Journal who did an article last month regarding our RemarkableAgents.com company. You can see the article by clicking here!
Both articles were very good and we have received many compliments on the articles. Thanks again!! Here are some scans of the Sunday News Ad…
It’s PODCAST TIME again with Rory, Steve and Dave having a lot to say about Realty Times columnist Jennifer Allen’s recent article in which she goes to great length to explain how real estate is NOT a numbers game and after just a few years you can just “coast” without effort. You can imagine the guys’ reaction to this.
Actually, you don’t have to…just grab a cup of coffee, soda, water or whatever, kick back and enjoy this week’s podcast with 3 of the most progressive business minds in the industry. They also talk a bit about how YOU can incorporate podcasts into YOUR marketing plan and address the prospect of moving to China…in front of a live studio audience!
In their always fun and no-holds-barred style, the guys address all of this and even throw in a little bit of singing. Yep. Listen and enjoy. You might even learn a thing or two if you’re not careful.
Welcome to the latest Rory, Steve and Dave podcast. This time around, the guys give props to The Chad and tackle the (non)issue of what the real estate market fears most…in front of a live studio audience! Yep, it looks like we’ll have an audience each week now. We have an “applause” sign now, so a deal with Ticketmaster can’t be far behind.
If you’re a new agent or going through a rough patch, you’ll gain some great insight that will keep you positive and motivated. There are a lot of stories in both trade and consumer publications that seem geared toward sparking debate and nothing else. They will create fear and doubt if you let them. As Rory says, “Don’t watch, read or listen to the news if you can’t handle the news.”
In their always fun and no-holds-barred style, the guys expose these “fears” as rubbish. Work hard and smart and success will happen. Listen and enjoy. You might even learn a thing or two if you’re not careful.
