Are you setting yourself up for failure?
People will use you to buy or sell a home if:

Starting today, make a plan to meet 5 new people every day and tell them you’re in the business. But don’t be boring. Make an impression on them so they won’t forget you.
You have to be unforgettable or you’ll be forgotten. You have to be remarkable or no one will remark about you.
Here’s an idea!
Spend just $100 and get 5 $20 gift cards from your local shopping mall. Pick 5 high dollar homes that were purchased 7 or more years ago (The average home owner moves every seven years) and drop them off along with 5 business cards.
When you go to the door say nothing more than “Hi, sorry to interupt your day, but I am trying to get some folks to spread the word about me in the area, so I am giving out some gift cards to ‘whatever mall you bought the cards from’. If you don’t mind, tell some of your friends and family that I stopped by. I would really appreciate it.”
Do this once per month and I PROMISE you’ll make more money than you spend on gift cards.
