I took a LOT away from the speakers that day. It was so unfortunate that we had to witness and ultimately confirm that the agents of today have NO IDEA what it takes to be successful in real estate. I was sickened by these agents actions to say the least. Doodling and texting while a real estate mogul like Tom Hopkins is reaching out to them and telling them exactly what to do to be successfull!! I think we all were. Surprised though? I guess not. The bottom line is this, educate yourself daily with fresh new ideas, becasue the market is ever changing. Change is a beutiful thing when it is embraced with followed up with action. Listen to your successful predecessors, there's a reason Tom sold 365 homes in one year. Something tells me he didn't spend his time texting about what shoes go with what belt...
